The Season for Nonviolence commemorates the 64 days – January 30 through April 4 – between the memorial anniversaries of Mohandas Gandhi and Martin Luther King. Founded by The Association for Global New Thought in 1998, the Season for Nonviolence strives to create an awareness of nonviolent principles and practices as a way to heal, transform, and empower people.
